Before you order
- Safety — the PDK is a powered machine that moves the Rider with real force and speed. Read the safety rules (Terms, Section 7) before you order. Also, connect the platform only to a network you control.
- Where we ship today — ordering is open for the United States, the European Union and the rest of the world, except Quebec and British Columbia. EU orders are priced in euros with VAT and import duty included; everywhere outside the EU, in US dollars. The region you choose sets the price and the tax basis.
- Who you buy from — it depends on where it ships. To the United States and the rest of the world: ARK Dynamics Global, a Wyoming corporation, in USD. To the EU: ARKINEMATICS LIMITED, a Cyprus company, in euros, with VAT and import duty included. ARKINEMATICS is also our EU authorised representative for product safety and our EU data-protection representative. Your seller and your total are named on your order confirmation.
- When it is ready — expected 3 to 6 months from order confirmation; delays of up to 12 months beyond that are possible. We ship as we build, prioritising grid-position holders and the PDK + ARK Ecosystem. Paid in full at order.
- Return carriage — on a 14-day consumer return you pay the carriage to our US return address, about USD 500 by sea, and more from remote addresses.
- Paying over time — where available, you can pay monthly with Klarna, offered at checkout. Approval is theirs, not ours, and the order is placed only once they accept the payment. Whether Klarna is offered depends on your country, so it will not appear everywhere.
- The contract — Terms of Sale & Use and Shipping Policy. The Terms include the model withdrawal form.

Competitor figures from each maker's own website, 24–25 September 2026. Competitor A's price excludes import duty and VAT outside the EU; Competitor B's are ex-VAT and ex-works. Competitor C publishes no price: the range is as reported in the motoring press in May 2024 for its automotive simulators. It states its latency without naming where it is measured from and to. Travel is the total on each axis; where a maker publishes ± limits, the two are added. Competitors A and B, like the PDK, include no seat; Competitor C is delivered turnkey with a vehicle cockpit.

Do I need to assemble it?
Yes. The kit arrives as pre-assembled modules in six to nine boxes depending on the build, none over 26 kg, and bolts together in fourteen steps, feet first. One person can do it. The Safety Manual and Installation Guide ship with the kit; the Kinemaniacs community site, where owners will share build notes and tuning profiles, is in development.
When does it ship?
Ready to ship an estimated 3 to 6 months from order confirmation. Delays of up to 12 months beyond that are possible. We ship as we build, prioritising grid-position holders and the PDK + ARK Ecosystem. Full refund until your Production Notice; after it, up to 15% of the Kit price may be kept (Terms 5.1; never from EU, EEA or UK consumers).
Who is my contract with?
Delivery to the USA and the rest of the world is contracted by ARK Dynamics Global (Wyoming), in USD. Delivery to the EU is contracted by ARKINEMATICS LIMITED (Cyprus), in euros, with VAT and import duty included. ARKINEMATICS is also our EU authorised representative for product safety and our EU data-protection representative.
What does the patent cover?
