Register your kit
Registration is how Safety Notices, recall information and updates reach you (Terms, Section 4.6). It is not a condition of the warranty. Until the companion software carries registration, register by email: send your order number, the delivery address the kit went to, and the email you want notices sent to. If you sell or give away the kit, tell us, or ask the new owner to register.
What to send with a support request

| Safety | Put "SAFETY" in the subject line. What happened, whether anyone was hurt, and the order number. See Safety. |
| Your personal data | Access, correction or deletion under the Privacy Policy. We may ask you to verify your identity; we answer within one month. |
| Withdrawal or return | Say "I withdraw from my order" with the order number, or use the model form in the Terms, Annex A. Consumers have 14 days from delivery. |
Compatibility list
The PDK receives a pose from motion software; it has no opinion about the game. The titles below are driven through FlyPT Mover, a community tool built independently of ARK; the list is FlyPT Mover's and we keep this copy updated with reasonable care (Terms, Section 7.8). Flashing images come from the titles, not from the platform: who must not ride applies.

A title that is not listed is not unsupported; it is untested by us. Ask.
Software and firmware
Firmware and software updates, and Safety Notices, are announced by email to registered owners; updates are delivered through the companion software when it ships. Never re-flash or modify safety-critical firmware (Terms, Section 7.6). If an update fails, stop, leave the kit powered off, and write to us with what the kit was doing and any code it displayed.
