Register your kit
Registration is how Safety Notices and updates reach you (Terms, Section 4.6). Until the companion software carries registration, register by email: send your kit reference number, the delivery address the kit went to, and the email you want notices sent to. If the kit passes to someone else, tell us, or ask the new recipient to register.
What to send with a support request

| Assembly or a fault | Kit reference number, what you expected, what happened, any fault code the software shows, and a photo or short video. |
| A defect | Kit reference number, delivery date, a description of the defect and when it first appeared. Support, cancellation and import terms are in the Development Kit Evaluation Agreement. |
| Safety | Put "SAFETY" in the subject line. What happened, whether anyone was hurt, and the kit reference number. See Safety. |
| Your personal data | Access, correction or deletion under the Privacy Policy. We may ask you to verify your identity; we answer within one month. |
| Cancellation | Write to us with the kit reference number. The cancellation terms are in the Development Kit Evaluation Agreement; see the Terms. |
Compatibility list
The Portal Development Kit (PDK) receives a pose from motion software; it has no opinion about the game. The titles below are driven through FlyPT Mover, a community tool built independently of ARK; the list is FlyPT Mover's, copied here for reference (Terms, Section 7.8). Flashing images come from the titles, not from the platform: who must not ride applies.

Software and firmware
Development Kit: early-access hardware, software in active development.
Safety Notices go by email to registered recipients. We may release firmware and software updates (Terms, Section 9). Never re-flash or modify safety-critical firmware (Terms, Section 7.6). If an update fails, stop, leave the kit powered off, and write to us with what the kit was doing and any code it displayed.
