Statement

We aim to make this site usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification and other assistive technology. The engineering here is public work, and reading it should not depend on how you browse.

Conformance status. ARK Dynamics is building ark-dynamics.com to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site is partially conformant. On 8 October 2026 we reviewed all 71 pages the site serves, the 53 in its sitemap and 18 it does not list, such as the account and order-confirmation pages: automated testing with axe-core 4.13 (the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rule set) at desktop and phone widths, a keyboard-only walk of the order form with the browser’s accessibility tree read for every control, reflow at 320 pixels wide on every page, and a check that every video with sound has captions. These checks were run in Google Chrome with automated tools and scripted keyboard walks; they have not yet been repeated by a person using a screen reader, so we do not claim full conformance. What the review found has been corrected:

• The development-kit request form says why its submit button is waiting, and takes you to what is missing
• Billing address fields are read as billing fields, and the fields a request needs say they are required
• While the request form is open, the page behind it is out of the keyboard and screen-reader order
• Home-page clips that start by themselves can be paused, played and replayed
• No page scrolls sideways at 320 pixels wide (400 % zoom)
• Tables and code blocks that scroll sideways can be reached and scrolled from the keyboard
• Links inside sentences are underlined, not told apart by color alone
• Smaller items: contrast in one table heading, clearer sign-in messages, link names that say which build they choose, keyboard focus after the confirmation question, a caption on the safety table, and the total read out when it changes

One file the site serves but no page links to, a 3D model viewer, does not yet meet the standard. We may update this status after further testing.

How the site is built

• Text alternatives on images, renders and video
• Measured contrast ratios, not estimated ones
• Every control reachable and operable from the keyboard
• Semantic structure, so headings and landmarks mean what they say

Some content from third-party integrations or legacy systems may not meet all accessibility standards.
