Changed your mind about an order? Fill in the three fields below and press Confirm withdrawal. Your withdrawal counts from that moment, and we email you an acknowledgement with what you sent and the date and time.
Your rights
One form, before or after delivery.
You may cancel any order at any time before we confirm dispatch, for any reason, and we refund everything you paid — Terms of Sale, Section 5.1.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the kit, for any reason. Section 5.2 of the Terms sets out the return and the refund.
This form is one way, not the only one. An email to devsupport@ark-dynamics.com, a letter to your seller's address in Section 1.1, or the form in Annex A of the Terms works too.

It counts from the moment you pressed Confirm withdrawal. We have emailed an acknowledgement, with what you sent and the date and time, to the address you gave. A person will match it to your order and write to you.

Your withdrawal is recorded and counts from the moment you pressed Confirm withdrawal. The acknowledgement email has not gone out yet; a person will send it. For a copy now, write to devsupport@ark-dynamics.com.
Not sent.
The form came back rejected, so nothing was recorded. Check that your name, your order details and your email address are filled in, then press Confirm withdrawal again — or write to devsupport@ark-dynamics.com, which withdraws just as well.
